The world we live in

It has been a while since I have updated on the blog, I will try to do better:)
A few weeks ago My nephew Andrew was confronted by two men in a car. They asked him and his friend if they wanted some candy. Andrew said no and tried to walk away but one of the men grabbed him by the arm. His friend then told the man to let Andrew go and started to make a scene. The man let Andrew go and took off in his car. Andrew and his friend immediately went to get their parents, the police were called, and the whole neighborhood was out looking for the car. Luckily for our family this did not end a different way.
The next Family home evening we had we did role playing with the kids. Mike pretended he was a stranger and we let them practice what to do if a stranger ever tried to talk to or take one of them. This is the second time We have done this and Aiden is getting better at recognizing situations. I encourage everyone to role play with their kids. They will know better what to do if the situation ever happens to them.

Tooth fairy

After four long days of Mike trying to pull Aidens tooth, it finally came out!  We were at the grocery store waiting at the checkout stand and pop, Aiden pulled it out all by himself! This is tooth number two. The tooth fairy came last night and gave Aiden a whole dollar!  He promptly lost it.  When he finnaly found it he gave it to me for safe keeping. Later today we will go buy some candy with it. He isn’t much into saving yet.

I am still very tired all the time. It is so hard to sleep when you have little ones running around all over the place.  I am just waiting not so patiently for this baby to come out. I have decided that for the next one we are going to hire a surrogate mother from india. They need the money and I don’t want to be pregnant again!  It’s a win win situation.  Mike isn’t going for that idea yet, but he will (ha ha ha, evil laugh,)

sorry it has been so long in writing,  We have some new family pictures we need to show you all but, I don’t really know how to do it yet so Mike is going to have to do that.

Hoppy Easter (I couldn’t resist)

‘Tis the season to cower in terror as the kids eat enough processed sugar to send their eyes looking off in different directions…that is, if their eyes don’t do that naturally.
