I came out to check on him, and he was already walking towards our <a href="http://www.dodgefam.com/archives/tag/house" class="st_tag internal_tag" rel="tag" title="Posts tagged with house">house</a> “<a href="http://www.dodgefam.com/archives/tag/flowers" class="st_tag internal_tag" rel="tag" title="Posts tagged with flowers">flowers</a>” in hand. He said here <a href="http://www.dodgefam.com/archives/tag/mommy" class="st_tag internal_tag" rel="tag" title="Posts tagged with mommy">mommy</a> I picked these for you. I took them and thanked him profusely for the lovely <a href="http://www.dodgefam.com/archives/tag/flowers" class="st_tag internal_tag" rel="tag" title="Posts tagged with flowers">flowers</a>, and told him I would go put them in water. The <a href="http://www.dodgefam.com/archives/tag/smile" class="st_tag internal_tag" rel="tag" title="Posts tagged with smile">smile</a> on his face was so big it made my <a href="http://www.dodgefam.com/archives/tag/heart-jump" class="st_tag internal_tag" rel="tag" title="Posts tagged with heart jump">heart jump</a> for joy, knowing that this simple exchange between <a href="http://www.dodgefam.com/archives/tag/mother-and-son" class="st_tag internal_tag" rel="tag" title="Posts tagged with mother and son">mother and son</a> brought so much joy into both our lives. We exchanged our I love yous and both went on our way. Even though the “flowers” he gave me were dandelions, I put them in a cup of water and displayed them proudly. These really are the moments worth living for.</p>
