Dodge Family News

Yesterday, we found a toy microphone while cleaning the …and it led to a fun activity idea. I grabbed the camera, we set up a table and papers, and in no time we were filming “The Dodge News!” I doubt this will become a regular broadcast or anything, but the kids sure enjoyed it. A lot of fun. Here’s the low-quality version for online viewing pleasure.

Glen and his food

Tonight I tried to feed some carrots and potatoes. He will not open his mouth. I have to make him laugh just to get the spoon through, but lately he won’t even do that. He is becoming wise to my tactics. so finally I said, “here you do it” and I put down the spoon and bowl of on his tray. He immediately picked up the spoon, opened his mouth wide and stuck the spoon in. All this time he just wanted to do it himself!

Carrots and Potatoes, Glen Style

The False Alarm

Normally I try to remember to call when I am leaving work, so she knows how long to cook and when to expect me home. This day was no different…or so I thought.
