Now that the move is done…
by Mike on Aug.30, 2010, under General
We have been without the internet for a good long time, and as such have not been able to update the blog with much. Now that we are moved in and have a computer set back up with a card reader, it’s time to upload some photos! For the curious, here is a panoramic view of our front yard.
Not bad for a guy without a tripod and minimal Photoshop skillz, if I do say so myself.
As we get more things unpacked and in place, I will post more of the photos up here for all to enjoy.

Website Upgrade

Yesterday, we found a toy microphone while cleaning the house…and it led to a fun activity idea. I grabbed the camera, we set up a table and papers, and in no time we were filming “The Dodge Family News!” I doubt this will become a regular broadcast or anything, but the kids sure enjoyed it. A lot of fun. Here’s the low-quality version for online viewing pleasure.

Home sick from Church

So today I am home from church, sick. This morning I could barely move or talk, and as the day has worn on I have been feeling a bit better, but bored out of my mind. So I decided to retouch some of the photos that we had taken in the fall, to get ready for printing. By retouch, I mean take Aiden’s eyes from one photo, James’ face from another, and piece together something where it looks like our kids know how to stand still for the smallest of moments.
